In the most unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item/s you have the right to return unopened items, with all labels intact & in its original packaging,within 30days from date of receipt. Refunds are made for the purchase price.
Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable. If an item needs to be returned, please contact us by email. When emailing, the item number of the item to be returned and reason for return.
Please note that We can not accept returns when the goods have been trimmed or altered. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damages prior to making alterations.

I want to return / exchange an item If you would like to return an item please send it back to the address given below within 14 days from date of receipt. Klassywear,39 Othello Close, Colchester, Essex, CO4 3LB. Please include details of the goods you are returning and any replacements you may want. We will not charge you any postage for exchanging an item.
I have worn my item. Can I still return it?
I have worn my item. Can I still return it? The item must be in its original packaging, new not worn,with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new. It is the responsibility of customer's to make sure the items ordered are satisfactory and with no damage before worn.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
Do I have to pay to return the item?
Do I have to pay to return the item? If you are returning an item because it is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item then the cost of returning the item is our responsibility. We will refund the cost of postage. If you change your mind after purchasing an item, the cost of return postage will be payable by you.
