UK Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2:00pm on a Sunday night for delivery on Monday.
The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch. A full postal address must be provided as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. For UK and Republic of Ireland orders, these prices are constant regardless of the size of the parcel.
**Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, depending on the destination.**
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?
Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.Please check with your local customs office for charges.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of Klassywear.com???s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we???re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we???d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you???re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
What delivery carriers do you use?
We use either Royal Mail, a courier or one of our other delivery partners.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Dispatch time is one of the things we pride ourselves on. We know that when you order something, you cant wait to receive it! That???s why we dispatch things same day as receiving payment. We post Monday-Friday. Normally if you have ordered by 11am it will be sent the same day. All our parcels are wrapped carefully and sent in waterproof bags for their safety.
When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock we deliver within 5-10 working days of approving your order. If delivery is likely to be longer, we will give you a likely delivery date. If, for example, an item is unavailable, we may contact you to choose an alternative, which you can return, free of charge, if it is unsuitable.

Can I have the goods delivered to someone else?
If you want to change the delivery address after you have created your account, you can do so either by going to my address book in my account section and add your new delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed.
Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour/in the garden?
Our free standard UK delivery is sent with Royal Mail and package will either be delivered through the letterbox depending on its size or left at a safe place. The next day UK delivery through our courier will only be delivered to the designated address. If you are not in, they will leave a note for you to rearrange delivery.
If there is an item missing in your order or you have received the wrong goods.
Please contact support department on [email protected] and provide us with your order id and a list of products that were missing from the order or the details of the goods sent to you that were incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order that an item was missing. Otherwise we will assume that you have received all of the products that you ordered.
